If you’re a vegetarian, or just want to eat healthier, you’ll be glad to see Disney making Impossible Foods its preferred partner in plant based meats. They’re already offering plant-based alternatives in the WDW theme parks: at Sunshine Seasons at Epcot, I had a stir fry with fake plant-based chicken. It tasted pretty good, the sauces help cover up any difference in taste from real chicken.
