WDWNT brings us an early look at Valentine’s Day at Disney World. I love the delicious beignets they pictured from Port Orleans resort!
Continuing on the food theme, both the Disney Food Blog and AllEars announce the reopening of Harambe Market. It looks to be repositioning itself as the burger and fries restaurant of Animal Kingdom to replace Restaurantosaurus, which is going away with the closure of Dinoland USA. Being completely honest, I really liked Restaurantosaurus – it had a fun theme and it was a relaxing place to rest at Animal Kingdom. I’m a little sad to see it go. But I can also see why Disney is repositioning Harambe Market towards more of a burger-and-salads place; the Kilimanjaro Safaris ride and the Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail are right nearby and work up an appetite!
AllEars also shows us a peek at breakfast at the Earl of Sandwich. It looks delicious, but I always suggest dining at a Disney resort for Mickey Waffles! For a quick breakfast there’s also Starbucks and Joffrey’s Coffee at Disney Springs to get a quick energy boost before going to the parks.
Jumping from breakfast to the evening, WDWNT reminds us that Disney updated the Fantasmic! billboard. One of my favorite evening shows, it’s nice to see there’s continual maintenance on it.
