This ride bills itself as the "wildest ride in the wilderness" and it is a fast-paced family roller coaster ride. It's tamer than Space Mountain and a bit wilder than Goofy's Barnstormer. A flash flood has wiped the entire town of Tumbleweed in Utah out, save for some colorful animal and the residen rainmaker Professor Cumulus Isobar who got more than he bargained for! As you race through mines of the new ghost town you will probably enjoy this one. From the bats in the cavern to the falling rocks and split track during a termors-filled quake, you will ultimately escape. No big drops here. Absolutely no loops. It's just quick turns and colorful countryside that makes it one of the more popular rides in the park -- and especially cool at night. Height requirement is 40 inches.
The best place to enjoy Walt Disney World is by staying at one of the park's many onsite resort hotels which offer early entry into the parks and are available as value, moderate and deluxe lodging alternatives.
