This ride originally opened in Disneyland and found a welcome home at Disney-MGM shortly after the park opened. The queue area is very nice here. See C3PO and R2D2, hear the inside Lucas jokes (like a hovercraft with license plate THX 1138, which was George Lucas' first film, as well as a paging for Mr. Egroeg Sacul, or George Lucas backwards). You will then board a motion simulator that will find a simple trip to an Endor moon go awry and take you through a jerky ride into battle and to ultimately destroy the Deathstar. And, yes, Rex, your novice driver, was voiced by the now infamous Pee Wee Herman actor Paul Reubens.Must be 40 inches to ride.

Love Star Wars? Then you will love the store set off just past the ride. Don't worry, the ride itself exits right through it. Naturally.
