Kali River Rapids

The loggers are coming! As you walk through a beautiful queue area, where the proprietors have "Gone to Temple, Be Back Soon" and have framed their first 100 Rupees bill, you board a circular river raft. There is a plastic compartment in the middle, secured by magnetized strips, which can hold any belongings you don't want to get wet. Why? Because odds are you probably will get wet. Maybe even soaked. Your ride begins through a mist-filled lift powered by wooden planks. You find yourself in a river with erupting geysers, one which you can feel rumbling beneath your raft until it erupts behind you. Then you see what the loggers have done -- the forest is on fire with many trees charred. Even one of the logger trucks didn't make it out unscathed. That leads you to a 35-foot high plunge (not a steep incline, you'll be fine) where the front of the raft at the time will get a pretty sound soaking. On the side you'll find a raft that wasn't as fortunate. After this you coast through until elephants squirt as you enter the unloading area. Those elephants are controlled from the overpassing bridge in case you want to exact revenge once you unload. Must be 38 inches to ride.

You'll look silly wearing a poncho on this ride, but don't worry, folks do it all the time. With the big wave the raft creates at the bottom of the hill you will get quite wet if you're sitting towards the front. Other than that, it's quite tame.
